Join the club, NVW 239C, my old Cortina, the 1966 RAC Rally winning Soderstrom/Palm car. Sister cars were driven by Jim Clark, NVW 241C and Graham Hill, NVW245C (IIRC). NVW 240C was bought by another bloke in the same car club!
I raced and rallied it for 2.1/2years and it acted as course car for the Cadwell round of the televised International Rallycross where the Ford Rallycross team manager introduced me to the mechanic who built it and looked after it on the RAC (my highlight). Oh yes, Roger Clark and his brother Harry were driving the Rallycross Capris, awesome! Just an old bloke reminiscing
