Do traffic jams and congestion have a serious impact on your life?

I’m sure that most of the members of Piston heads enjoy driving. But, do you feel that enjoyment is curtailed by restrictions on the road – road works, controls etc? Do any of your members feel that their freedom to drive is being stilted?
