Quite vague i know but im sure someone will remember what these things are called that you can rent... im sure someone posted some pictures of theirs from le mans last year - seemed like a really cool gadget - could keep up on everything as it happened - much better than a crappy radio from carefour!!

How spooky, just looking at the Kanagaroo.tv website and registered for more information. At the 2007 race only a few hundred units were available as the system was just starting out. Since then though it's been taken on by NASCAR, NFL and even golf events.

Just Tickets who I've booked LM with have vouchers available for F1 events and I guess they will also sell these for LM. Hopefully you'll be able to register in advance and collect from some unit in the Village.

All they need to do now is build in some port so you can connect this to a tv back in the campsite when you're refuelling on beer and chicken.

The more expensive and probably easiest will be via a UK ticket agency like Just Tickets. They'll sell vouchers for the units to exchange at the cirsuit. I'd hope that the ACO website will have some detail in the next few months for bookings direct with themselves.

These things are going to become so popular! Keep an eye on the website for details is the best bet.

I can HIGHLY recommend these (sound / no video)

Expensive but boy they are good when A) you don't want to be deafened, B) want to listen to radio le mans c) want to get some sleep and are extremely tired but have fireworks going off overhead etc etc
