Fiesta wiper stalk upgrade?

Hi.

We have a Mk6 (non-facelift) Ford Fiesta Finesse (read basic).

The windscreen wiper settings are;

Press down for manual wipe.
Up one is intermittent.
Up two is slow.
Up 3 is fast.

Now can the wiper stalk be replaced with a stalk from a higher spec car. One with adjustable speed wiper settings?

I've herd of this working on some cars as the wiring is there, just not being used. the only difference is the stalk and non of the cars internals.

Does this work with the Fiesta?

Dunno. Get a Haynes manual and compare your car wiring with the high/low spec versions in there?
