RS Turbo "Motor sport model"

Hi there

Ive just looked at buying today my first ever RS Turbo.
Its a LH drive 1986/7 with no sunroof and no elec windows.
I'm told this is Ford Motorsport model due to the spec (no sunroof, no elec windows and Lh drive)
Is this info correct that i'm told??? Does any RS fan know out there???

Strange if a seris 1 i would have said just a non custom but i never seen a 2 without a sunroof be very careful in case its a reshell. The seris 2 was never competed by ford.
