Visually, a cracking looking bike, and very nice indeed to see new ideas floating through.
Mechanically, KTM have a good name in the off road stuff, so cant see why it wouldnt be a good relaible beastie.
price wise, its tricky to say for the mass market, but if they are successful with the racing, then it should come down a bit as the volume goes up.
Thumbs up from me, based on the looks of it.

I have recently bought a Superduke and am hugely impressed with its quality and performance. I always loved the way it looked and I now find that is is brilliant to ride.
I think that the RC8 will perform as well in the sports sector as the Superduke has in the big naked one. My guess is that it will be a faster road and track bike than the 1098 for most people and of course it is also cheaper than than the Ducati. I'll be interested to see how it performs against the Japanese litre bikes even though v-twins and in-line fours tend to appeal to different people.
I think the RC8 looks great in orange, and in white, simply sensational!
