I'm about to get rid of my PC that runs my Origin B2 update software.

Is there any way I can run the software on a MacBook or am I going to have to get rid of my B2?

Cheers,

with the new mac book you can get some software called 'parallels' that you can run windows xp and vista with on your mac. Origin (pogo) are developing dedicated software for the mac but i don't have any ETA on when its expected but it is in the pipeline...

hope that helps for now...

Parallels is certainly recommended. But actually not essential. Parallels is really for when you want to run Windows at the same time as the Mac OS. If you don't especially need to do that, then you likely only need to install Windows on your Macbook with the help of Apples free/bundled bootcamp software. This makes Windows very easy to install on a Mac. So you choose which OS to boot into. Parallels is merely optional smile
