Bike Transportation

[Alastairm]

I need to get a bike from Stamford in Lincolnshire down to Chippenham.
It's an offroader so i can't ride it down!
Does anyone know of a firm that will transport it down here for a reasonable fee?

Thanks

I'd hire a van to do it. Just make sure you've got suitable ratchet straps to keep the thing securely anchored down. Oh and you'll need a ramp = plank of wood to get the thing in the van easily.
I used to do this alot as a mate raced at bemsee and new era meetings in the 90s.
