At long last I have now sourced a good 'Pro' lightweight trailer so that I can get to far flung vintage car meets and shows. I have noticed that occasionally a trailer is needed by EAPH'ers so I am happy to oblige where I can. The trailer has a bed length of 11 feet x 5 feet 5 inches wide and will take up to 1000kg load or thereabouts. Also its got a very low load height ideal for sports performance cars.

No, altho I did see that one (a Brian James I think) but it went for to much money for my taste. I bought it off a private ad' on this board for 650 pounds, a bargain. Now I am looking at security for it. Lucky I kept some huge locks from my biking days, if it moves secure it they say, friggin' pondlife.

was just wondering if it was a really small world and you'd bought my mates as it's gone to home in norfolk. he's just bought a covered trailer for his new car(Mallock) and was selling his old one we used to use to transport the mini around on.

No, the guy I purchased from runs an 205 rally car and intended to trailer that to meetings on an 'A' frame. Its taken me about 3 months to find the right trailer at right price and intending to keep it away from the 'pondlife' of society is proving expensive in security items tho!
