I do like those! I would feel such a con artist though as I unfortunately/regretably didnt get teh wortec stuff.... so I could be like one of the 316i owners with M3 mirros and badges
Thos orange calipers look nice too - getting wheels painted black so the orange caliper is an option to consider too

how about plain vinyl stripes without the free advertising or are we going down the Jap croozin route with sponsors/tuners names all over the cars...or worse how soon before we get the first red Monaro with a white Starsky and Hutch vinyl stripe kit
The orange calipers and stripe look great on the black car but I wouldn't want to advertise any tuner on my car body, especially wouldnt want to pay them for the privilege of doing so by buying the stripe kit. Sure you'll all have a local vinyl place could make you plain sets up in any colour you fancy - my own local workshop is about 500 yards from me. Once I decide what colour to powdercoat my spare VXR caliper set I'll get them to make up a stripe to match. Love the design idea and happy to copy it just not keen on carrying advertising on my car for anyone other than the manufacturer.

I still reckon that car looks the nuts with the black wheels/stripes/calipers etc. Having driven that car for a couple of days I can say the visual package really goes well with "wot lies beneath" and you could easily substitute the words "satan's love child" where WORTEC is written if you had no rhyme or reason to affiliate with wortec! In fact, having driven that beast and seen some similar styled VE's in Oz, I've now decided that when I get back to Melb in June I will be getting a black VE Maloo with same finishing touch but maybe a deeper red instead of orange for the stripe & calipers but certainly black wheels.
To this end I've asked Paul (wortec) already but welcome any OZ contacts anyone else in this great lilttle community can recommend... who I should see in Melbourne for a good S/C & zorst package on a 12 month old VE Maloo (I want them to source the car as well) so I can just buy the completed product lock stock & ready to roll.
(sorry wortec.. slight thread hijack)
