BIt of a daft one this...
Had the car out for it's first roof off blast on Saturday and got driven mad by the rattle and wobble of the rear view mirror.
I've tightened everything up as best I can but the bugger still shakes.
Any suggestions?

Cheers

Think they all do that to some degree. I tracked my wobble down to vibration of the entire winscreen - hold the side of the windscreen pillar next time you are stopped in traffic, the vibration will probably stop or reduce. I don't know if it's possible to tighten the entire windscreen surround. I'm getting really fed up with all of these niggles (heater has gone now) but I'm sure that I'll forget them when the sun comes out and the roads dry up...

The mirror shouldn't make any noise or significantly move. It should just "look" fuzzy because it is reverberating so fast.

That is caused by the nice tight suspension. Try a clio?
