I have a decatted '96 griffith 500, act exhaust manifold, sport exhaust and many performance bits and pieces (triple carbon inlet, larger am, etc)...i'm pretty sure my stock (12 years) old mid section muffler is crap by now, what's on the market? apart from act cherry bombs...? I like loud sound but not too much...thanks

I don't think there's much. I'm looking for the same thing and seem to be failing... frown

ACT do the cherry bomb sports and the Standard one, or I imagine if you wanted a bespoke one he'd may be able to help you out there too

No, it's not much out there. After my 6.0 throw out all the glasspack last summer I'm custombuilding a new dual 2.5" system now. The original TVR is dual 2". Shopping parts at Summitracing.com, very good to deal with. They have some Edelbrock mufflers, my first attemt will be their part# 55773, dimensions 9.25" x 18" x 3.6" which is very close to original, dual 2.5" in and out. http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mc/exhaust...
It's also possible to make an arrangement with dual Moroso Spiral Flow SS Racing Mufflers in the original location, very tight, and I suppose a lot more sound pressure.
