Best place to buy Spares?

1)Where can i buy brake disks + pads and shocks for
a Tuscan built 10/2000 for reliable price and good quality?
So who is the best spare part supplier?
2)Which shocks do you prefer?
I tried from Bilstein directly but the information was
that they cannot deliver to private persons.
3)Does a repair manual exists and is it possible to buy
it from anyone?

Shocks: There is plenty of opinion on this, probably comes down to budget and what you need it for. I went for Gaz Golds, many prefer Nitrons or others. Search the forums, it has been covered a lot!
