Chim / Griff door mirrors

Anyone able to advise where I can get the black plastic sleeve that fits around the base of the original Citroen CX mirrors used on the Chim, Griff and possibly earlier TVR's. It's the mirror with the ribs or 'O' rings around it. Don't think breakers would be interested in removing and supplying such a small part. I've tried Clever Trevor, Racing Green, Brodie (Citroen specialists) but with no success.
Would be even better if someone has some second hand ones at home they could supply me

Gents,
When I Had my V8S, I needed the 'gimballed' motor unit that drives the mirror glass.
Tried all the usual avenues - David Gerald wanted north of £150 for the complete mirror.

Eventually tried EuroCarParts - they had them, delivery 2-3 days and at about £78 all in , but unpainted.
Apparently, they hold all the 'old' Citroen parts. Worth checking your nearest outlet.

Thanks V8 GRF (I have K8 GRF) The e-bay auction was indeed for the wrong ones, I e-mailed the guy on the link you posted but no reply, looks as though he sells pretty much every part for the mirrors although the plastic sleeve is not listed or shown on his website. Do we know if the sleeve was original to the Citroen CX or a TVR part?
