Be warned ive seen plod on the new A130 in Essex, in a unmarked new shape silver Range Rover with privacy glass.
Can anyone else in Essex describe any other unmarked cars for all of our reference?

Cheers for that. My parents move to Chelmsford in 2 weeks so I will be on it a lot more. I have heard the new A130 is speed trap heaven though. NSL D/C NO intersections, NO pavements etc. Just a straight road for about 15 miles.

Tell me about it. I received a 2 month ban for doing over 100mph last year. The car on that day was a grey X reg 5 series BMW with a short number plate. eg X12ABC

On the new sections od the A120 and A130, they often sit on the opposite carriageway in the laybys and get people going up / down the hill (esp on the A130).

Car wise, there's a dark blue 3 series diesel lurking about Chelmsford...

Yeah, I've seen the dark coloured 3 series aswell. Very crafty looks like a "rep" motor. I saw it on the A12 between Colchester and Mark Teys. Also, about 4 months ago I saw a Ford Galaxy (metalic grey/silver I think) with tints loaded with BIB at the Ardleigh interchange just before the A12.

I will keep em peeled and report on any other sightings!
