Am comtemplating selling my lovely DMS'd 535d..
Only to get a later LCI model :-)
What should I be asking for mine:-

55 Plate, 23k miles...
Stunning Silver Grey, Black dakota leather with 19' BMW upgraded wheels...
Media Pack (Pro-Nav, blueotooth an all that), Head-Up Display, Comfort seats, privacy glass, extended voice control, Professional hi-fi upgrade, hard wired Micro Pilot (Speed camera warning plus radar detector) Tracker. Might be summat else I've missed!! Will edit later if need be.....
Serviced at 18.5k, plus all 4 tyres replaced at same time.....
Have not put it on the Adds for fear of being bombarded with questions about what I'm asking for it etc.....I've seen a few prices on Autotrader but none with this spec....would I be cheeky asking for £30.5k? BMW have so far put in a cheekyish offer of £27k....based on it's spec

Some of those things will just make it easier to sell, not make it worth any extra.
On autotrader they seem to be asking for between £26750 and £28000 for a 55 reg private sale car with at minimum the essential spec of Media, leather, bluetooth, decent colour.
Are they discounting your new car? They should be doing that by 8-10%. If they are doing that AND giving you £27K you're doing well. If they're not they are actually probably giving you £24-£25K for yours and adding the discount on to make it look better.
