Nah, I went to see the Manic Street Preachers in, I think, 1997 and my mum came along with me, she would have been 47.

Luckily he couldn't get a ticket.

Not at all , my 62 year old mum wanted me to take her to see the Foo fighters but sadly they were all sold out. So it looks like she's getting some bath salts and a pair of slippers for her birthday instead

Don't worry about it. You couldn't possibly feel more out of place than I did when the family went to see My Chemical Romance at the O2 last year. I don't think I've ever seen so many 14 year old girls in one place and I'm not sure my ears will ever recover from the screaming...

Incidentally I saw Pigeon Detectives supporting Kaiser Chiefs at Earls Court and they were bloody brilliant! Top stuff - Enjoy!!
