Fairly sure they haven't finished building the Superleggera as yet...
and yes, the UK branch of ALULP (Automobili Lamborghini Unlikely Location for Production) stopped building any cars some 7 or 8 months ago when they ran out of excuses for not paying the rent on their palatial premises and the last of the giant tins of Nescafé was empty..
Betcha' Lamborghini stop when they hit the '5,000 Gallardos built' mark and release the Gallardo 6.0
oops

Deemed as the worst selling modern day Lamborghini here over in the States. You just can't shift them for love nor money which is strange as they are a great car and significantly cheaper
To be fair the car they sell in America isn't really the same - doesn't even have race seats in itjonny5 said:

Johnny i so want to buy your SL
Been looking at the Yellow one @ Marenello's. On Wednesday i finally got the finance etc all sorted! Phoned to say "don't bother gift wrapping it i'm comming to get it!!" only too be told it had sold an hour or so before hand

So now the search continues

As for America? Not too sure, but i guess they just don't do the whole "track" car thing as much as we do!!! (to used to huge, crap handling,V8's) i guess?
