Lotus On Track - Snetterton

Anyone going?? I am in the area on Sat, not sure if they'll let me into the paddock to have a nose about, but I hope they do - if not, I'll watch from a distance... unfortunately will be without anything trackable, I'll only have the Uni minibus on me?!!

Will hopefully pop over to have a look around the cars during the day - im actually there as the driver for a paintball thing (favour to my housemates), but cars are more my scene...

Only popped over briefly unfortunately, but it was a nice display of very impressive cars indeed - did the R8 ever make it out on track?

to PH'er's Digga (Hi marcus, sorry I had to shoot off before you got back) and Guillotine - nice to meet you Mr Race, both Griffs looked superb, though were a bit too silenced for my liking! damn noise regs...

Didnt get a chance to go much further into the paddock, but the Cat looked to be going well enough. Some of the elises out were absolutely nuts too - properly scary fast

Unfortunately got called back to the paintball thing as we had thier guns in the back... I was only there as a minibus driver (massive favour to my housemates) so couldnt really tell them to get stuffed. Was gutted, I could spend my life track side quite happily! The portuguese guys with me absolutely loved your griffith - both asked why it still had numberplates! Wasnt so sure on the cage height though!!

Hadnt seen Marcus in ages either since he has been away from the TVRCC speed championship, so was annoyed I didnt get a chance to catch up a little more.. ah well, next time... I think due to noise levels the paintball stuff co-insides with alot of trackdays, I didnt think I'd recognise anyone/thier cars so didnt bring my lid - will do so next time.

Seemed a very relaxed atmosphere out there - will have to talk to dad about LoT membership and get the Cerby out sometime soon. been almost a year since my last trackday; that seems so wrong...

Edit: Managed to catch four laps of you towards the end with a yellow fury trying to keep up - was great to watch, some nice slides out of the chicane onto the start finish straight too!!
