Logging in, can't HELP please!

Please sort this out. I normally log in as sjc, haven't been able to for a week, despite trying the password sent automatically, and various others. Same thing happened a couple of months ago.I have sent 6 E-mails, and left 2 phone messages in the last week to Pistonheads and haven't had one response from anyone. PLEASE can someone have a look.
