TomTom GO 720 Bluetooth audio

I've just got myself a TomTom GO 720 and was wondering how the Bluetooth audio feature works? If I get a bluetooth stereo, does that mean I can stream my music via bluetooth, also does it mean I can't use it as a handsfree at the same time?
