Giving my engine a bit of a spring clean at the minute, im in the middle of giving the plenum a polish and was wondering what the results would be like if I got it powder coated, Has anyone done this? if so how does the powder coat hold up to the temperature of the plenum? and is it worth the bother? what sort of costs are involved?

I managed to get a great finish with a wire brush in the drill. Took all the crap off and brought the ali up better than new. You can use different grades and stiffnesses to get the ultimate shine.

The Tuscan engine looks very nice. Better than mine ever looked. Always looked like it was painted in a shed, and a dark one at that. Great engine though!!!
