Moderators - please help my good friend Rodney Rammage to log in.

He has your email confirming his "username" and password. They aren't working for some reason.

He checks his email regularly.

He is starting to behave most oddly.

I am afraid that if he cannot log in soon, he will do something... disturbing.

Noted, thank you.

But when he tries to log in, he gets

"Oops...

Invalid username or password"

... but (he tells me) he is typing his username and password properly, and copying and pasting the details from your confirmation email makes no difference.

He has allowed all "cookies"...

Can you suggest any thing else he could do to "log in"?

Sometimes that error message appears after repeated failed login attempts, and
ph Towers has to reset the account - that could be the problem. I'll let the techie guys know and try to sort it out for you.

I have sent him and email and a new password. Hopefully he should be able to get in again now!

OMG!

I'm back!

Um... how do I reset my password...?

I've had a look around...

Quite thick, aren't I?

Is this sorted, or still having trouble changing your password?
