At the risk of inviting further controversy, I was just wondering why the other Thread on this subject hadnt just been deleted, but had actually been removed in its entirety ?

Mods, since I presume it may have been removed for Legal reasons, please note that it is not my intention to start the Thread again (or indeed comment upon what was previously said, Im just intrigued).

Is this the way things are dealt with now? When it's dodgy car salesmen selling cut and shut exotica, or something similar in the future, etc will those threads be removed as well? Always thought PH was quite good at revealing not so honest people and giving members a heads up but this is rather disappointing.

Sadly its not down to PH nor the influence of any one individual, but the fear of legal action taken by those who have been slagged off in various threads.

This is something that various forums are being threatened with and I remember receiving a very similar sort of threat when I ran my own strongman forum

It seems to be the way of the land now and I dont blame the Haymarket/PH bods for protecting themselves against any legal action brought about due to potentially liablous comments
