As suggested in the 22 page NIP discussion....a new thread!
Anyone know the outcome of this case yet or at least a definite date we can expect an outcome. I've still got hold of a returned, unsigned NIP that needs to get sent back one way or another!

The judgement was adjourned again on the 15th until an undisclosed date this week or next. Unfortunately, that's currently pretty much everything anyone knows...
Can we get the other thread closed then so that nobody posts to it and we can concentrate on a new thread?
