Hi guys,
I need to have a C service but I live in ireland. Linders in dublin is the only dealership for Lotus. They want 1400 euros for a C service. Surely I have other options? I see in the UK its about 500 GBP ?? Its cheaper to take the car to the UK and have one done and bring it back. What reason would a C service cost this much? I dont mind paying it if I have to but it would need some sort of justification...

My God - That is over £1000. I would ask them why so much? Then I would ask them to justify that price. It may just be an error.

If not then I would find the irish version of Fibreglass Services.

The garage concerned shall we say - know how to charge. There are a couple of guys in the north that are good specialists, I'll see if I can dig out their names, I've had my elise serviced once since I got it and went to scotland and made a drving holiday out of it.

ETA: Ok couldnt find it but have started a thread in the Northern Ireland section hopefully it'll help

Book a weekend away in UK and get it booked in somewhere, there's Christopher Neils in Cheshire.
