Electrical Gremlins!

Recovery duly turned up and fairly swiftly diagnosed a partially discharged battery that is probably on its way out, so full marks to those who got it right.
Drove home and it wouldn't re-start, so have asked a neighbour (who's a garage owner) to get me a new battery. He's said that with any luck he can do it tomorrow so I won't have to turn up at the course in a 'borrowed' Chimaera.

Thanks for all the wine bottles too, btw.
