Well, yet another upcoming cash investment into the old girl. The GTS is off for some TLC.
New SPEC Stage 3 Clutch arrived from the States today.
Being the old Iron Block stroker, aftermarket drivetrain stuff is extortionate in Aus! Just so happens that the clutch and box are the very same fitted to '93 - 97 Camaro LT1 engined cars.
T56 is off to Tr@£%$ission Co&%£nents in Letchworth for an overhaul (some unhappy noises presenting themselves just now). I have had mixed reports on this company but a lot more good than bad so will keep you posted.
Propshaft is off for complete recon as well and some balancing.
I hope she'll be as smooth as I remember when she comes back!

Quick update on how the beast is doing.
I would highly recommend the driveshaft services (google it, their website is unmissable) in South Wales for any work you require. great, friendly service. Very fast and best of all inexpensive.
The gearbox went to a Tremec specialist is Letchworth for the recon. The work done was good but dont expect them to move particularly fast about it. I was told a maximum 5 day turn around yet will have been without wheels for a fortnight by the time I get it back.
New clutch is in and waiting along with a new slave cylinder, flywheel resurfaced, front oil seal changed and a new PAS pump fitted as the old one was getting a bit loud. Also a new Idle air control valve fitted.
The usual service items done (Redline oil, filter, dizzy cap, rotor arm, plugs, leads etc).
Should be good as new.
I'm sure most of you will be aware that she's also up for sale. It's with a heavy heart that I must say goodbye but a new house has changed things slightly and though I'm not desperate to sell her, I'm afraid our days together are numbered.
Full specs available on request and every receipt for every job ever done on her is available.
