Hard Tops - Fittings (metal plate)

Hi all,

When I brought my Eunos it came with a hard top that I have been using over the winter. When we put it on the catches at the back (that go under the Frankenstein bolts) only just slid far enough under. Over the last couple of weeks the passenger side one has worked slightly loose and is proving impossible to reseat.

Does anyone know some where that sells a larger (longer) version of the metal plate or I'm I going to have to get one made? I've looked on Mx5parts and several other places and all want to sell me complete fitting kits which would probably do the job but seem to be overly expensive for what I need!
