Yes but potentially interested parties may well frequent the Drag Racing forum more than this form and it would be in addition to this topic in this forum

Sorry, wasn't having a go just seemed like this was the correct place for Hightensions post re. a new club and meet. I take your point entirely that the drag forum would also have been a good place to post.
Whilst on this subject, Hightension, are you aware that the Guildford Cruise and I think the AACI meet also take place on the last Sunday and both are fairly local to what you plan. Is this not going to dilute the other meets ?

Finally, yes I am new to PistonHeads. Hope to be around for a bit

Original post (OP) has gone - hightension would be a good name in the Drag Racing forum
as some of the posters there appear to me to be a bit over serious and prickly at times

Most people on PH post to help or inform others, sometimes to have a bit of fun even wind some up a little but it's all usualy done in good spirit
