Air intake hoses (i think)

Have got the S1 on axle stands awaiting essential engine work.

Silly me, opened the bonnet fully and forgot the air intake hose that runs along the o/s front wing was cable tied to the bonnet hinge. It streched and snapped. It's the hose that dissapears into the wing by the bulkhead.

Is this a nightmare to replace?

Is it simpler to sleeve off the snapped section of the hose and reattach?

Cost isnt a major issue but could be fun trying to replace it all.... might just sleeve the damaged area.....

Have a look at arco.co.uk follow the links and click on air ducting its approx £3.00/£4.00 per metre so now the cost of renewing the lot doesnt look to costly. I think the job of fitting it is a different proposition all together.
