LS1 Oil Cooler Sandwich plate

Guys can anyone point me in the right direction for a thermostatic sandwich plate for my VT2 GTS-R.

We can do an oil cooler take off plate if that is of any use? We use an external thermostat. Sandwich plate makes the oil filter a bit low for my liking.
