Spotted this Morning!!!

To their credit they had put out a couple of signs, and the Van was painted in the full checkerboard style, but it was parked on the motorway bridge with what looked like 2 camera's in the back!!

They're also using a dark blue Y reg Freelander with blacked out windows, and a dark colour Chrysler people carrier thing again with blacked windows. Once you pass either of these you come across a whole herd of coppers in the road about 200-300yds later, but very often you can either turn round or off if your switched on to them.

They did at least announce their clampdown in the local press. However I have to wonder about the validity of speed cameras around the beginning of the M2 and on Bluebell Hill. After all these areas have been subjected to extensive road works and alterations recently and therefore any accident figures do not relate to the current road layout. Shouldn't they wait to see if the road alterations have alliviated any casulty problems?
