I stand by my opinion though - its all in the physics.
If it plays as good as it looks, with top rate sound effects and physics AT LEAST up to Forza then it should be a killer game.
However, the past GT games have left a lot to be desired after the success of GT1 and Sony really cant afford to
this one up too!

Well the garage pic above is real-time 
I think the cars in game use the same models but the lighting used in the garage scenes are not replicated in the actual game.
From playing the demo the engine sounds are much improved over pervious versions, only problem is the squeeeeling tyres noises are still in there.

The OP review link is for GT5 Prologue, I was thinking this was actually GT5

The european version of GT5 Prologue has been delayed, well the US version has been delayed to 17th April and we won't get it before they do, looks like the end of May at the earliest now for the EU.
You can play the full Prologue now if you buy the Japanese version (download from the Japanese PSN store) and online play started at Christmas. If you don't want to spend out then you can also download the Prologue demo for free from the Japanese PSN store (google creating a Japanese PSN account, it's easy to do and doesn't effect your UK account).
By the way the full Prologue is good, the physics of Prologue have changed from GTHD (and from the Prologue demo) but it does need damage though. I believe the full GT5 may be getting damage, it'll be a shame if it doesn't. At the moment if you crash or someone crashes into you there is only a black flag time penalty which means races online can get frustrating.
Prologue also fully supports the Logitech G25 wheel including clutch.
If anyones interested I'll take some piccies of the game in action.
