Hi
I can replace or repair the Lcd module anyway,if its replaced does save the agro of going through all the soldered joints on the PCB.....Just wanted to know if the Racing Green unit is any good.....

Sorry, dont know about the racing green version but i am happy to heartily recommend the one sold by 'Clever Trevor'. Its high quality for about 140 quid (inc vat).

Nah, did it myself. Its a bit fiddly but not that much of a problem.

Very enterprising! thumbup Good luck to her.

I struggled along with a failing screen - which incidentally had been replaced just before I got the car - for nearly three years and then got a replacement fitted (by Dave Batty at The Garage). My! What a difference. Well worth doing for that sort of cost.
