I need a new radio for the cerb, has anyone ever tried one of those flippy up motorised in-car entertainment head units or do they not flippy up because of the overhang on the dash. I just thought I could integrate the radio/CD/DVD/GPS etc all into one unit.

I know I already have a brilliant sound unit under the bonnet so don’t need all the extra amp/woofer monkey business.

Any ideas welcome had thought of something like this (if it fits)

Alba,
I fitted a Kenwood 7" screen to mine very similar as to the one in your link works fine, they all have angular screen adjustment softwear so you can adjust it, mine works great

I've got a Avic-X1 fitted to the Cerb, no problems and an excellent unit.

The original Avic-X1 is a bit old now, it's been replaced by the Avic-X1R; which I believe has just been replaced by the X3

I've got a Kenwood. Very happy with the satnav system, especially in Europe, never used the DVD though!

They are adjustable for tilt and how far in or out you want it to stay, don't forget though that there is another unit which is separate and controls the head unit, oh and there are loads of wires with it.
