Just seen this, need advice!!!

Ive just seen this ad in the classifieds, thing is im not sure it can be trusted. The guy says that the car 'drives nicely' but i need to inspect it fully. The price seems too good to be true and a majority of the times is exactly that. What do you guys think?
Here's the ad:-

I was thinking the same thing. The cars ad states 70k miles. So that would mean the SS Suspension was due a change 10k miles ago!!! Something isnt right about it so im going to steer clear. My GT has been privately put up for sale at the same price, and i've had a majority of the parts changed. Thanks for that dude!

The engine, bodywork etc might be mint, its just the clutch and suspension is shagged. Budget 1.5k to fix those two and it could be a good car (4.5k is a good value for a good car also) This is probably why it's so cheap as the guy knows how much it will cost to do, knows what its worth if they are already done so has subtracted the amount.Plenty of clean examples out there with the work done.
70K miles sounds pretty low for a 14yr old car if the 94 year is correct. That is only 5K miles a year. Has it been stored somewhere for a long while and been tarted up and resprayed as it looks in top condition from the photos. Has it possibly gone over the clock or been clocked?? You need to see all the MOT's to check the mileage?
It may well be a genuine car and all as straight as a die, in which case even at that price it's a steal. You definately need to test drive it before you can even make an informed choice, and just check all the paperwork thoroughly.
