Off to German GP - anyone suggest a good route.

Just booked tickets for Hockenheim!

Can anyone suggest a scencic route with proper drivers roads (Ferry docking @ Calais).

Can't really comment on the scenic routes as our trip to the DTM was a last minute decision so we drove most of it the night we decided to go.

We did however end up driving passed the 'ring. Might be possible to head via this for a couple of laps on the way down.

Also, if you head to Heidelberger Strasse there's a fantastic little bar on the left hand side. A lady called Elke runs it and we had 2 superb nights in there with the locals.
