Windscreen wiper issue

I raised this on another thread but got no reply. Windscreen wiper keeps working its way loose from mounting, which results in it bit of trashing then no movement. It seems the bolt just keeps going undone. Tighten it up and this fixes the problem but after a few wipes (maybe a hundred) it just comes undone. So the question is - can you suggest a more permanent fix. Replace the bolt? Use some loctite (if so which one)?

Why not do both, should be problem solved

Try a lock nut,this should do the trick.cheers symon.
