I have one gap in my otherwise excellent service history and so was wanting to contact the previous but one owner - anyone any idea of best way? nothing was immediately obvious on the DVLA website.

Failing that, anyone remember Starmist Blue '97 400 ALZ 8735 around Teesside pre 2006?

V888 application form which must be accompanied by a fee of £5.00.
You can download form from DVLA web site.
When I sent my form in it took about a month to get the the reply.
