Bent performance road/track wheel?

My Son has just noticed whilst rebuilding his race bike that the front wheel has got slightly bent during his accident last season. It has about a 3mm run out, I contacted Dynamag and they recommended taking the wheel to Maidstone Motoliner Ltd in Maidstone. www.maidstonemotoliner.com
