Disc PCD

I want to change the PCD on brake discs. How do you go about this or can this be done at a machine shop? I want to change them from Ford to Triumph.
Any advice welcome.

Although the Ford and Triumph PCDs are fairly similar from memory - as long as you've got the same number of holes as studs, then you can offset them. But going from 5 -> 4 or 4 -> 5, you may lose a bit of strength.

I've got some 4-stud dual PCD (Ford/Triumph) 13" wheels kicking around...
