Bottom Hose Question

I tend to get easily confused these days but thought that on a Griff 500 the there were four hoses to the Rad, two that actally fit to the Rad, then there is a bit of solid pipe each side and another two going to the engine. I am away from the car at the moment but I thought that the bottom driver’s side one had a smaller pipe joined onto it about half way along is that right ? I just got a set mail order and none of them have a place to accept the smaller pipe.

On the serp motors , one of the heater hoses connects to a T on the lower rad steel pipe.

Ah, OK thanks for that, the T is on the steel bit not the rubber bit then, that makes sense.
