Spring shackles!

Has anyone any idea where i can find some NEW mk2 Escort rear spring shackles for the geep I'm rebuilding? All of the escort suppliers that I have tried so far seem to have no idea who still stocks/makes these rather important parts!

Do they need to be new? I presume you mean the swinging shackles that go on the rear of the spring to the back bumper on the Geep?
People like Ian Harwood can supply decent second hand ones (0151 3392801)
The important part really is that they are serviceable and you fit decent springs and bushes.
I use the polyurethane bushes as they steady things up greatly compared to standard rubber.
