Anyone out there got a chim that they would allow me to take a peek at the battery box lay out.
It's just that I have bought a little project which is near to being finished and the only area that I am stuck on is the batt box as it was missing when I got the car.
So far I have replaced the entire body wiring loom with a new one and replaced the engine loom with a good used one from a range rover ( lucky for me the ECU survived the fire)

Just got the dash to retrim and walnut parts to replace.
Anyone got a good clock and radio surround for a mark one that they want to sell?
Cheers Ade

Hi. A picture of the battery box area with the "foot rest"? removed would be handy and may be the fuse box out and a view of the mounting of the heater box against the bulk head would be handy.

I know how the heater box mounts nearest the passenger but not how it fits aginst the bulk head/footwell.

I just need to sus how the batt is secured into the car and how the fuse box mounts, because looking at the length of loom that goes to the fuse box it could go anywhere from the bulkhead to one of the cubby boxes behind the seats LOL.

Today was a good day in that I took the car out for it's first drive. OK so it only had the drivers seat dropped in and the ecu and fuse box being held by my 8 year old lad, the clocks were held in place with cable ties, but we both got the thrill of the V8! ( the car was bought as a non runner)so I was a very happy middle aged man!!!
