How much money have you got to spend? Roughly what year/spec/colour were you looking for? Modified or unmodified?

Why on earth did you sell the original scooby you had smile

Have a look on PH classifieds as there are fair few good looking examples advertised there.

i have an immaculate and rare wrx sti version 1 wagon for sale if you are interested, not your usual crap at this age, but low mileage and meticulously well looked after, sits in garage unless it's a dry day, few chioce mods, but totally standard and unabused engine wise.

Sell it on PH classifieds then.
These threads are not for selling your P&J.

No need to throw an insult.
I'm merely pointing out these threads aren't for selling your P&J. And anyone else that does the same gets the same. Not just from me but from others as well.

As for calling me a prick....that was really intelligent wasn't itrolleyes
Maybe the next time you'll wait until i'm there in person!! smash

what a crap thread this is turning into ,all i wanted to know is what to look for engine wise, when looking to buy another scoob,as my previous one developed probs, such as overheating, refusing to start after a good run until it had cooled down.ect.it does not matter about colour ect.still none the wiser, cos all the advice was about using wrong threads for car selling and how to call people pricks ect ect.!? might as well keep my sxo vts sigh !

...You traded in a wrx for a saxo vts? yikes
Are you insane?

tbh, if I were you I would post these questions on a scooby forum, or use the search facility on them as the threads probably been done 100+ times before!

I replied to this thread asking you the right kind of questions!! Then matey comes along trying to sell you his car!! And you replied to him!! That's not on and i'm not the only one that will tell you this!! There's a time and a place for that and it is called PH classifieds!!

If you had replied to the questions i asked you this might have turned out to be a meaningful thread, with others making good contributions, and that would be worth something to you in the way of sensible advice, and pointing you in the right direction. There are a fair number of Scooby owners on PistonHeads and it's not a bad place to ask for some advice or pointers.

Riknos is absolutely right. You sold your Scoob to buy a Saxo!! redface

FFS don't tell anyone on Scoobynet or any of the other Scooby related websites you sold your Scoob to buy a SAXO as you are likely to get bugger all replies. If they do reply some of those replies may not be to your liking!! redcard
