From about 85 to 105 I get lots of wheel wobble / vibrations any ideas ?

Has a new set of rubber on and wheels look like they have been balanced and was only serviced at APM a couple of weeks ago.

I would suggest getting the wheels balanced again to be sure, you could have lost a weight. If there is still a problem you could try getting them balanced on the car......after that maybe a bush or a bearing...who knows, I don't have a clue when it comes to cars!

Get yourself down to a place that can digitally align wheels with cambers etc. Or just get them balanced again properly.

Agree with gazzab. You've either lost a weight, or it wasn't done properly, or you're horribly flat spotted a wheel and won't admit it :-). Either way, just get them rebalanced.

I expect they just was not done properly, as they are new rubber and are not flat spotted !!!!

Some thing to do this weekend.

Try Racing Green who have laser wheel balancer and alignment gear. Cerberas can experience vibration similar to wheel balance, the cause gearbox / prop shaft alignment. Racing Green sorted mine.

Mine was most noticeable at 85 - 95 mph range. It wasn't a major problem but just enough to take the enjoyment out of driving at that speed. I spoke to TVR and so did Racing Green. At the time TVR were in contact with an owner in Scotland who had had the prop shaft and drive shafts balanced to no avail. In the end they traced it to the g/box - prop shaft alignment. I got the impression they'd had one or two similar situations. I have found the Racing Green guys fair and knowledgeable, worth a phone call I would say.
Good luck...keep me posted.

there are problems with the way the prop nose sits in the white metal bearing in the gearbox tailshaft, but by far the most common cause of wheel inbalance after new tyres is applying too much power! .. the tyre moves on the rim because of the tyre soap still being slippery after fitting .. so no fast getaways after new tyres.

The lost weight may be a good tip...

However, have you left the car parked for a while? The tyres do actually go very slightly flat where they are contacting the floor, this can cause the effect you have described! The good news is that if you drive the car briskly and warm the tyres up they do generally fully recover their even (round profile) and teh wobble will of course disappear. If you think that you may be suffering with the problem I describe, don't get the wheels balanced until you have been for that brisk drive...otherwise they will be balanced to compensate for the flat area and therefore be out of balance as soon as the tyres recover!
