Removing the front bumper

Guys,

I need to get the front bumper off of my facelift CV8 next week to repair some paint that has looked better, can one of you who've already done so drop a note of all that holds it on to speed up the process next week instead of me blowing half an hour hunting down the hidden bolts and fixings.
