Structural engineer required (Herts)...urgently!

Well, it looks like the structural engineer I contacted a couple of months ago has let me down
He assured me then it would take no more than a week to come up with the necessary calculations the building inspector wanted.
I wasn't too bothered before Christmas as I was rather busy with other things.

Anyway, have spoken to him several times over the last few weeks, each time he has promised them within a day or two.

If any one knows a Structural Engineer in the North Herts area that could help me out, I would appreciate it
