I might need to get my car up a steep drive. Any idea what the max steepness is? I am scared I will get half way up and end up with the car wedged on its bumpers.

The problem will be revearsing back down.

You may need a few planks of wood or scaffold boards to assist wink

I can't really use planks because the driveway comes out onto a busy main road.

I've just had a look in my Owners handbook - The maximum steepness you can go up safely is 3

You should be fine.

It takes a lot to get one to scrape.

if possible try coming at it from an angle, so the car tips a little sideways rather than straight back.

A word of caution:

When revearsing mine off a relatively flat driveway onto the public road I almost ripped the front end of the car biggrin

Not literaly speaking of course, but I would definately advise some caution.

My driveway was temporary storage when I first bought the car.
The drive has oneof those ramps paved into the public pavement, it was steep enough to cause a problem.

I grounded the middle of the Cerb in our local multi-storey, so be careful. I'd recommend a steepness of no more than 2 wink
